Compensation - Alphatec Spine offers competitive compensation including short-term incentives for eligible roles. Additionally, our Alphaplause recognition program, employee referral program and tuition reimbursement are offered in select countries.

The investment in our team members starts with onboarding to accelerate learning and continues throughout an employee’s tenure through ongoing feedback, formalized individual development planning, robust performance and talent management programs grounded in our leadership competencies. In support of growing skills and knowledge, employees based in the United States are eligible for tuition reimbursement on a pre-approval basis up to $5,250 per year when pursuing relevant degrees through accredited education institutions.
